A new style for a new audience. We created a new visual identity that took the essence of the original IP and made it playful and relevant to new audiences. Palettes, textures, logos, designs and concepts for a new Crazy Taxi were all worked on by the Midoki team.

From concept through to the final in game art assets, all the vehicles in the launch version of Crazy Taxi City Rush were designed and created by Midoki, as well as a number of the additional accessories, livery designs and their associated UI elements.

The code team at Midoki, working alongside the Hardlight team at SEGA, helped out on key components of the gameplay including the traffic AI, vehicle handling and physics behaviour. As well as this our programmers also aided in the overall optimisation on the product as a whole.
